Please Just Take It
I tremble to think of me in your arms,
Your world is so safe, I fear no harm.
I see the love in those radiant eyes,
More intense on my soul than the brightest skies.
Your skin under my fingertips excites me,
I run my hands down your back lightly.
My thoughts go to pieces when I get around you,
And I can't express how my heart belongs to you.
"To good to be true" could express my feelings
Yet I understand your realistic being.
My heart chills with fear, scared to be missed,
By your love's aim, decieved by the touch of a kiss.
My body is warm and ready when you touch it,
Willing to please you, or comfort when wanted.
It's hard to express just what I'm thinking,
I don't want to be left with a heart that's sinking.
I really do love you, now and forever,
And explaining the extent is a difficult endeavor.
To make you understand that our love will make it,
I'm offering my undying love, so please, just take it.
