    Overwhelming Frustration

    I tried to cry in the night air so smooth and crisp-
    I wanted to let go but in my heart I knew I couldn't,
    they say you know of what you should do in the moments you truly think you shouldn't-
    with me,
    it's all the same;
    the overwhelming feeling of frustration that seems to hang onto every word I cannot seem to inspire to willingly produce;
    I cannot let go of the guilt and shame that seems to plaque my memory both night and day;
    who am I to you;
    why do you care to want to send me away;
    can't you see I cry your name;
    can't you understand that my heart is truly broken by you comments that you pretend to live by;
    why must I be punished for the mistakes you made;
    let me go;
    let me fade;
    a memory without shame is all I want of my name in your
    vocabulary,
    but yet it's a leaking faucet;
    repetitious until it is fixed and then held in like the water is so
    until let out;
    screaming to be vindicated for the unjust gain you committed that people scream as treason;
    stay away and keep your shame;
    me my friend-
    I'm fed up with your games;
    and never again will comprehend what you mean or not because your just another person with another face;
    so stay away and leave me alone because who you are is not who I remember;
    you mean nothing to me and forever that shall be...

    Not bad, but some of the pictures are unclear.

    When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
