    • To be set free, but locked away in my own cell of fear

    Overboard

     Staring out into a marble sea of emptiness
    No surrounding of familiarity
    Unable to breathe in this new territory
    Undesired thoughts travel at the speed of light


    I just want to jump overboard where no one can touch me
    Where no one can degrade me
    Be that free soul I once was
    Before I unwillingly invited corruption to take over me


    I've been pushed to the edge
    All the drama and the bullshit
    Arguing like children
    Prancing around like Gods


    This place aint shit
    Like a suicide hotline with no support system
    Throwing hopes in the pits of depression and agony
    Setting spirits up for failure


    I'm counting down the days to my 2012
    Success or tragedy?
    Dead silence
    Contemplating...


    Do it already
    No ones going to care
    You're nothing that can't be replaced
    No heads bow down for the unwanted


    You won't notice a thing
    It'll be like it never happened
    You won't even remember who I am
    Someone overboard wouldn't care


    Ladies and gentlemen it was a pleasure
    Straight Houdini
    I'm sure you missed it
    The part where I already let go
