Glass
You've now imprinted on sacred groundStrolling through nothing but damaged territory
Watch your step if you dare walk any further
You just might get cut up and lose your way
Shattered pieces left from those before you
Never able to fix what they've broken
A halfassed masterpiece without a creator
Could you be the artist for my new arrangement?
The colors are completely faded
The glass is laid in microscopic portions
I'm sure you're still lost on the life within me
This is seemingly impossible to be straightened as it was easily messed up
These are the ruins in which I've locked myself away
Finding me will require tremendous patience
And I can't do it alone
But now there's no turning back
Nothing but consistently getting cut and bruised
Only time will tell how well this will come together in the end
But until then it's going to be a complicated position
So here I dread darkness until I am renewed
