    ...I am just a sad soul in the dark world,
    sorrow and pain - my only companions...

    ...Dark words, burning tears of my pain,
    comforting me in my sorrowful journey...

    ...Only one thing missing, final oblivion,
    sweet death, in your icy arms I wish to sojourn...

    The poem says so much.. I understand it... I have a question for you its about goth and emo??? Is there much differce between the two??? My daughter is emo is why I am asking...

    yes there is emo's are emotional and suffer sometimes from depression where goths are not thy are more friendly and listen to different music where emo listen to depressing music and occasionally lash out on people
