"My First Love"
I’ve thought about you through the years; and I still remember the tears, that flowed from your eyes, on the bus, as we said, our goodbyes. It was the summer of, 79, the year I lost, the first love of mine. You were brought to me, with a face so bright. I believe it was love, at first sight. Was the, timing wrong? I still remember, that song. You know, the one Minnie sang, Called, “Back Down Memory Lane”. Did we light, our own fuse? We had to know, each one we’d lose. Maybe it was our, immaturity, that blinded, you and me. We were reunited, just for a moment; and even though, I wanted it, making love to you, at that time, still wouldn’t have, made you mine. At that point, I didn’t know, that I was, letting you go. Believe me, if I had a way, I would have done ANYTHING,to make you stay."My First Love"

- I am the birth of a legend and the mold of an icon; and I've installed myself on the desktop of the world for its inhabitants to keep their eye on.

- That was really touching and heart felt. Saying good bye is hard no matter what age we are. :)
