Oh, what a lie confined
Love is what your made of
Disconnection from your own inner    source creates the temporary blindness

Love is your birthright
It is in you, of you, with you, for you
Fan it to you day and night
Wait a minute, let's go deeper into soul view

That someone special helps us touch love
Feel it, connect with it, be it, bathe in it
A real life-gift from the heavens above
Then for various reasons they quit, we quit, seems love quits

Because of that opens a sucking void, a pit
That roars like abandonment, betrayal, loss
Old painful issues emit
These things awakened now like waves being tossed

Lover did not cause this
The void created sacred space
In you this stuff already did exist
It came forward for you to embrace

Loving the wounds then letting go
Ensuring they are heard and integrated
So love in you can again freely flow
Until all the pain is alleviated

Now hold the person you love tight in your mind
Back up then with your gaze on this lover
Look closely at what they left behind
Reconnection to your own inner well to further discover

You had forgotten you have this well within
Until you removed the rug over the trap door
Ran to the inner cellar to fill your love cup tin
Giving them drink deep from your inner-core

Still looking in your minds eye continue now to hold the gaze
Watch as a smile bursts from your lovers face
As you dip into your inner well and drink in this new phase
Feel the love enter this opened visual space

Go with it all the way as it glides over your tongue
Down into your belly and wraps your soul with love
Hear the melody that is being sung
Filling you up from within, your allowing healing of

The parts in you that had forgotten
You are love inside and outside
Everything you need from within begotten
And always no matter what this well will provide

Now look over to the lover in your mind
Give heartfelt gratitude for their willing guide
They've left you unconfined
No love denied

Lost love is just a lie, you might lose your keys but you can never lose love, its inside waiting for you
