Get to the Core

Poem Commentary

No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible. Voltaire

Get to the Core

Atomic spin just strip me bare
Every false belief I wear
Find me out and nothing spare
Through the breeches let it tear
In the gale of inmost prayer
Start the merge of windswept air
Awakened flame heart must declare
All in me that seeks repair
Rummage through the links impaired
Open the catalyst to my aware
Arouse loves spirit in midair
Bring to mind the words of Voltaire
"God is a circle whose centre is everywhere and circumference nowhere."
Feed the hearts the loveliness rare
That rises bright as unseen flares
In Source we find for the all, sufficient care
Nothing created does ever compare
To the revisions you do prepare
For those who step outside the square
Let the proud upon the lowly stare
For at heart we are all your heirs

great access to spirit connection ... and love both of your Voltaire quotes ... your personal work comes thru in your words (and this piece reminds me of the piece i plan to post next ... it seems we write about very similar topics) ... love this ... thx for posting!

Your style used for this piece is creative, reaching to tie thought and rhyme together without sacrificing content, - not an easy task when using one form of like syllables, Your content takes the reader to the core of your projected thought... Well written, keep creating strong!

It is a shortened version of how I move beyond ego into higher-self opening fuller connection with GodSource so I can move within the movement of what needs to be created. In willingly going into the fire I can come out the otherside with much less stress taking the core of what I need to move to the next level of learning. Everybody has their own ways but I thought it might be useful to give an example to others who may want to go through the refining processes. Thank you for reading and commenting.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
