    Lasting Moments

    So you try
    But you never know what it feels like to die
    From all the breakdowns and realize
    Don’t wonder why
    No one really seems to care
    So they stare
    In your mind it’s not fair
    Cuts not cause by dares
    They’re real and it’s bare
    Take it from me, you’re the perfect example of a fallen angel
    And you say one day I’ll get past the pain
    This too shall past but it sustain
    You don't know what the next step is
    There is no more and it kills
    Downing another bottle of pills
    You feel fulfill
