If you're leaving me can you teach me how you make that strawberry pie?

    Sitting somewhere,
    Between loud silence and
Silent cries, Aloud I sigh -
"She never did say good bye."

    My clumsy soul
    Keeps falling...
My broken heart keeps calling -collect
Hoping I can mend the scares.

Wishing I could put back the pieces.
Praying one day I know what peace is.
    Fearing being left in pieces,
    We watched the door close.

    She's gone,
Its all been said and done.
With one flick of the wrist
She shall know she is number one.

Wow! this is a great poem. You are very creative. Congrats!

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
