I Look Into Your Eyes
I look into your eyes,
So big and brown.
I see the little boy,
Hiding behind a frown.
What can I do,
To make you smile,
What can I do,
To keep you awhile.
Is there an answer to such mystery?
Why do we have to say goodbye to our history?
I thought we'd have forever and a day,
I hate this thing thats taking you away.
Once you ran free and wild,
Now I miss that little child.
The one I looked up to,
The one I always will.
You taught me never to give up,
Thats something you'd always instill.
If only there was something I could do.
If only this horrible fate were untrue.
I look into your eyes,
So big and brown,
You're the best older brother,
I could have ever found.
So big and brown.
I see the little boy,
Hiding behind a frown.
What can I do,
To make you smile,
What can I do,
To keep you awhile.
Is there an answer to such mystery?
Why do we have to say goodbye to our history?
I thought we'd have forever and a day,
I hate this thing thats taking you away.
Once you ran free and wild,
Now I miss that little child.
The one I looked up to,
The one I always will.
You taught me never to give up,
Thats something you'd always instill.
If only there was something I could do.
If only this horrible fate were untrue.
I look into your eyes,
So big and brown,
You're the best older brother,
I could have ever found.
