    DECEIT

Why did you lie to me?
You said you were through with her
You said you loved me and that we would grow old together

I wanted it to be true, so I ignored the signs. Oh, The lies.
    You were so convincing
    We shared so much together
Until that day the phone call came
She knew my name. Every word she spoke I felt her pain

The lies, the lies. How could you play these dangerous games.
