Criticism
I shy away and you laugh.
You laugh at my clothes, shoes, and body shape.
I shy away and you whisper.
You say, "there goes thunder thighs".
I shy away and wish I was popular.
I fall to the ground; you laugh.
You find every thing wrong about me.
You find nothing right about me.
All you know how to do is criticize.
You never think how I feel or what I think.
What would you do if you were me?
How would you feel if I treated you like you do me?
But that is just the facts on criticism
You laugh at my clothes, shoes, and body shape.
I shy away and you whisper.
You say, "there goes thunder thighs".
I shy away and wish I was popular.
I fall to the ground; you laugh.
You find every thing wrong about me.
You find nothing right about me.
All you know how to do is criticize.
You never think how I feel or what I think.
What would you do if you were me?
How would you feel if I treated you like you do me?
But that is just the facts on criticism
