    comfort

I see you pass the flowers that are placed beside the road
god feels your sadness as you carry your heavy load
In the middle of the night when sleep wont come
God softly rocks you as the Angels hum
I know he is missed but will never be gone in your heart
But you still look for comfort while alone in the dark
God is there in the smell of the flower and the buzz of the Bee
He is there in the bend of a Dogwood and when you drop on a knee.
He and the Angels come to  sooth and embrace
God waited for your son and the Angels prepared his place

Is your loss that of your son? These poems make me cry with feeling the emotions you display and how you look for comfort when really nothing will do except for the return of your loved one. Wonderful write of pure love. Hugz

A beautifully sad work you've created and written with a very smooth flow... StandingBear
