    COLD AS STEEL

     The rain fell with intense pounding.....
    Cold as steel........
    Against my body with a sting......
    As long as I could feel......

    It hurt like little needles....
    Peircing my golden brown skin.....
    Walking around in these puddels......
    But I wear this grin......


    I'm surching for you my love.......
    Wondering around cold and lost......
    She says " I am the one"
    But she feels cold as frost......


    The looks are bitter.........
    The voice is stern........
    I'm not a quiter......
    But her love seems to burn......


    I love to laugh... you cry!!!!!
    I love to live.....
    You always ask me why.....
    No-matter how much I give.......


    So I walk alone... even with you.....
    I walk restlessly looking for her......
    In this cold rain of tears......
    They are happy ones, cause I now have no fear.....

    I know God...... , and in His time.....
    You and I will find eachother......
    Walking in the rain of love......
    You and I will become one forever..........

    "I'm surching for you my love......." **** searching. (: I like how you used the "rain" to be sad and then loving. ^ ^ My favorite was the last paragraph. Great poem.
