A Country Road
Driving down a country road
Done on a constant routine
Healing a young mind the end hope
He fights what must be
Steps to the living the wish of me
Life so precious in times difficult
Desiring that my get be all he can
So we drive to his freedom
He knows his steps are to the positive
Yet he struggles to accept
He will not understand the reality
I say to him take your steps foward and let me watch
For I will not always be here
That I may watch and know you will be fine
Take my strength and live
Take my love and know
You have strength
You are mine
Driving down this road of hope......
