Your Weather Forecast
Some days when you look back at how your week played out, does it seem as though it has been reported like the weather for the week. Okay, I am going to share my forecast for last week and you think how you would report yours. For those of you that can actually think back that far.
Now here I go....
Sunday - Cloudy and 50% of memory loss can't remember what I did.
Monday - Gloomy, workday seemed like forever. Not feeling well today, so I really don*t feel up to being at work.
Tuesday - Partly sunny attend my grandson small birthday gathering at Red Robin. Long day at the office but I did survive long enough to take part in his 9th Birthday celebration.
Wednesday - 50% chance of rain, work-week was taking forever to pass. Body is achy all over, can't seem to bounce out of this circle. Must have stayed up too late last night because this overcast is still lingering can*t seem to get going.
Thursday - Last day to work, should have been sunny and bright, but the forecast is frost warning approaching. Prepare for a long cold night. So I snuggled in the bed with lots of blanket.
Friday - Day was eventful, sunny and was able to get out and get some grocery shopping out the way. Trying to stock the pantry with can goods and paper supplies for the winter months that are approaching quickly, don’t want to have to be out in all the upcoming blizzards.
Saturday - Cold and chilly; got to remember to stop overdoing and forgetting to rest. Always pay for the next day.
Now it's funny how the weather person would predict the weather for the week and you will plan everything that you need to do for that week around his forecast. What if you had to go back and look at how accurate he was in his predication? Who knows maybe 40% of the time? Life is exactly like that. You predict what you are planning to on this particular day and you promise somebody that you will do something with them or for them; and then that time comes up and you realize that you just not up to doing it. What do you do then? Nothing you deal with it at that time.
A daily journal has helped me a lot. It tells me a lot about me and how I plan my time and what I actual complete. Now it takes a lot of commitment to you to journey everyday. But that is the first step of doing something for you. When you go back and read some of your entries you will be surprise of what your daily thoughts and how you actual live. Is it actual or factual? You don't have to write a book, but you can easily write TERRIFIC, not a good one today, or you may be really excited about something or down about something. Writing about it will bring peace to your inner soul.
So tonight grab on to a tablet, journey book, piece of paper or even a scrap pad and just write how you day went today and what your plans are for tomorrow. Then tomorrow when you write your new entry, read yesterdays to see if you paid your bill or do you have a negative balance.
