Who is he?

Who is he?

I saw a boy the other day
Standing around he caught my eye
And so suddenly he looked my way
With a smile so great I thought I'd die

Without a word he walked right past
The grin he held so perfect
His hair so sheen left me aghast
I thought to speak would not be worth it

Silently I watch him in the halls
Wondering who he is
I try to approach and yet I stall
Seemingly as shy as a little kid

Who is this boy, brown hair so long
Who haunts my every dream?
Who I find in my every song,
With features as soft as cream?

A very good writing....i am really appreciate you in the flow of words ....very nice expression!

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
