    What we share

Nothing that I can say will ever change the things that have come our way. Regrets of past mistakes that have left our hearts bare. Temptations that took over our souls that hold the secrets that we just cannot bare...this is what we share. This is who we've become, this is who we are. Treacherous souls that have become lost in a sea of tempting lust, love and pure infatuation of what we thought would make us whole instead of holding on to what was real...a bond made on Holy pedestal that we swore to uphold.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
