    What I see

    I know some days
    you don’t feel pretty
    I just think
    you’re being silly
    I see the beauty
    you have in and outside
    I heard you that night
    when you cried
    You are beautiful
    you make the heavens sing
There is nothing I would change
from your head to your toes
    to your cute button nose
    You are pretty
    so when you look
    in the mirror
    say it loud
    I am beautiful and proud

Again, your rhyme scheme does not stay consistent. If you're gonna start one, it has to look like you broke it on purpose. I would encourage you to keep writing but try for a while to be consistent with the rhyme to a very strict degree, as a way to see and feel the rhythm in a poem. Or try free verse, which would suit this piece quite well.

Beautiful words to give that vote of confidence every budding woman needs to feel good about herself and learn that beautiful comes from within. Still - hearing it does make a woman smile. Lovely words. ~Pamela

    beautifully artistic, verbally and visually

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
