UNSEEN
Faces pass by as beer is spilled free
A smile and a laugh is all they will see
Even though my hearts crying out in a desperate plea
Who wants to know what lies beneath
A soul rich in virtue, wholesome and pure
To depths they cannot see, land unexplored
Whose gonna come when i cry out in need?
I guess noone will be there to take my heed.
Trudge I must through my sadness and grief
Of isolation and lonliness caused by their brief
To take my lead I wish I could
But these times are hard and not all good.
As I battle through the desert to find my oasis
My dream, my destiny I have formed through my ages
Through the wilderness I have wandered and walked near the edge
To discover my true desires and the path I must tread
Noone said it would easy and noone said it would be so hard
to walk so alone along this path
With doors shut tight and ice in the air
My skin starts to freeze, my heart rate TARE
Now my limbs grow heavy, my eyes grow tired
My soul gradually dying, no longer fired
And whose gonna come when it's almost too late?
When the hand I reached out is now only feint?
What will it take for you to see?
That which you choose to be left UNSEEN.
