FOR FREEDOM LOVE & SANITY

FOR FREEDOM LOVE & SANITY

Somethings gotta change
Emptiness, lonliness, silence consumes
A world so seperate and cold
So tired and in pain
Imprisoned chained down and used
Money, the greed, the Envy
Slaves to society like sheep we follow
Seeking to gain not give

We gotta wake up for Freedom, Love & Sanity
The time has come
Listen to your heart, what does it whisper?....FOLLOW
Our souls are screaming.....LISTEN
Your dreams are possible......START BUILDING
Have the courage, the faith to live as your heart believes
and others will follow....
Theres nothing to Fear..

So much sadness and pain
Our emptiness we drown on a friday night
Our time we wish away till the weekend where we might find our freedom
Sickness, sadness, tiredness consumes
Monday again.
We gotta wake up for Freedom Love & Sanity
The time has come.
Hear it in your heartbeat, stop pretending, start living
Turn and face the truth with Courage, Faith & Forgiveness.

My favourite so far. I like the line "Your dreams are possible......START BUILDING". It made me think of my poem "Make Your Own Reality" that I'm just about to post.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
