ultimate sin
some people are afraid of snakes,
some are afraid of small places,
but I'm afraid of my past mistakes,
and my victims screaming faces.
my inner demons fight to get out,
but I'm not trying to hold them in,
I love watching them scream and shout,
there's nothing like the ultimate sin.
all hope abandoned by the suns first rays,
an endless cycle of vicious sorrow,
I count off the hours and days,
until there is no more tomorrow.
I never asked to be like this,
but this life was thrust upon me,
death not ignorance has become bliss,
inevitable death is the only true free.
they say the soul is located in the heart,
but I think it's in a person's eyes,
you can see the real me from the start,
and tell that all that innocence is just lies.
I can feel it coming in the air tonight,
this rage and hatred bubbling up inside,
plunged into darkness not a single light,
I've been living for the day I died.
