Some people cry and some people laugh.
some people smile and some are so sad.
some people love and some people hate.
we are all different, yet all the same.

Everyone's got a different color
Everyone's got a different mother
yet we're all brothers and sisters somehow.
Everyone's got a mind to think;
a heart to love; lungs to breathe.
Everyone's closer than they seem to be.

We've got emotions and we cry.
We love our family and have friends by our sides.
We've got the world in our hands.
It's our country
so together we stand.

If people are hurt, we comfort them.
We give them help and lend a hand.
Some people fight and others just want peace.
So leave them alone and let them lead.

Together, we're a family.
Different races and ethnicities.
Together we fight
because together, we're strong.
And together as a country is where we belong.
