The Lose Of A Friend
“Puddin” Forever MissedThe time we have here is not known…
One day, we laugh and talk with a friend;
Then, Before we can imagine it, our friend is gone.
Why did our friend get called away,
When we still had words we wanted to say…
The answer never comes our way:
Just be strong we are told;
But we still long for our friend to hold…
This lost plays a big part in our life.
We think about how he fought to survive;
While all along he held his head high;
This places a heavy pain with-in our hearts;
We wonder why he had to depart:
We miss his words, so softly spoken
His sweet voice we could hardly hear,
But his two favorite words came loud and clear.
Now with a tear and a smile we try to go on.
Everyday brings on a new challenge for us;
But in God we place our trust.
Everyday we pay the cost,
Bye morning for our lost…
We will always have our memories
Of the times we spent together;
No-one can ever take his place,
Oh how we long for one more embrace.
He was truly one of a kind…
For he trusted us enough to leave memories behind…
To each of us he was so special and dear.
Puddin ,my friend, you are forever missed here…
So my Dear Friend, I promise to keep you in my heart;
Cause that is where you been right from the start…
