    THE CRIME OF MY LOVE

They said am too full of hatred
    When my love denial me
    Cause mournful moon has frown
All I can see is joy full of pain

Trying to hide away from the reality
    My heart will always remember
The kisses and the feeling so strong
Loving you is all I hold on to

Woe to my heart who bears my love
As present foe of grief my heart count
    Oh! mother of present woe
    Please listen to my cry

As my heart is getting more woebegone
    Love is melting away
    Nothing is left of me
    Mother where am I?

    As trust, worthy and stauch
Has made a fool out of me
Upon my head is my sordid
Save me from this dreadful pain

Here in my darkest night hour
    I count all reason
    My crescent fount use
As a puny way to jettison me

    please help me understand
Why do you have to let go the brazen love
Now the crime of my love
Has put me where I belong

Sometimes it hurt to see such feelings of pain. What crime did you commit Pearl?

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
