tear drops

tear drops

little drops crystal clear
slid down her face
as she explained her fear.

trying to ignore her past
trying to get happy fast
life uncertain before her crash.

paralyzed in fear, drunk
from drinking beer.
holding a broken mirror.

with a half a tilted smile
she told me I learned
I learned my life's meaning this time.

I really didnt believe her.. but now I do
as I can see the changes she made
really were true.
