    Poem Commentary

This poem is about when i wacthed the sunrise. I changed it from our pool to an ocean i hope it is kinda right.

    Sunrise on the Water

    The way the sun hits.
    The water.
    Its surface beatiful,
    Yet dangerous.
    The way the rays,
    Touch, and hug.
    The angry waves.
Sending thousands of rainbows aross water.
The light just playing on the surface.
    Sunrise on the water.

love the imagery...i love the nostalgia it gives me while reading this...i live near the sea...

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
