    Streams of Life

From rest to sleep much pleasure comes and
poetically written words become music to my ears.
A deep delight becomes my plight while
    nature forms things so perfectly.
For the greatness of man, He waves his hands
and buildings appear on acres of land.
In gentle rains, a fair maiden sings and
all my woes become streams of most wonderful
    dreams.

words appear to flow when the heart is felt. Thank you

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
