Solo
When you're down and out no one's around to hold your hand
You're standing by yourself and your heart is like quick sand
Sad eyes like these seek someone they can trust
Instead two faced people turn my gold heart into rust
I'll be there when you need me, your shoulder to cry on
Blah, blah you fucking lairs…here put this rope tie on
I'm second best, the last to know and the first to forget about
Unless you're going through heart ache and your soul is in doubt
When there's nothing better to do, my phone rings off the hook
To relieve your boredom, I'm worth another look
Anytime you needed me I was there in a flash
To listen and understand, to let you know it would pass
Comforting and open because I truly care
Now life is back to normal…I was just wear and tear
Bitter I may be, but at least I'm not fake
I'd rather keep on caring cause my character you can't break
I will always remain the same no matter how many times I'm forgotten
You see I'm loyal and full of honor but you…you're pure rotten
