Soaring to Destiny
I've been waiting foreverto test my fuzzy little feathers
To soar and fly
among the gorgeous sky
To live like a bird
perched on the bloomed branch
waiting for destiny
to grasp my patient hands
Soaring to Destiny
I've been waiting foreverIf I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
