Sleep Of Darkness
He smelled the scent of death
Frighten and alone the victim
Did stray
He felt the comfort of the dark
Ness
But, fear creep within his soul
For he never taste death
But, he knew life was as bitter
And sour the nector from a grove
Of lemon
Frighten so frighten the old man
was
To the darkness of the unknown
Death,oh death the
Plagued him like an epidemic
Calling upon the darkness to
Precede through the blackness of
The air
He smelled the scent of death
An awful trail it made
Leaving love ones layer out for
Miles without the flavor of love
The darkness brought comfort, but
Frighten of what it held
He never tasted death but surely life
Flooded freely through his veins
The scent of perfumes fills his air
Spaces
With flower petals sprinkle beneath
His feet..
Frighten to die
Yet, tried of living
So what was he do it?
