Running Free

A deer-
Dashing,
through the woods.
Blending,
with the trees.
A deer-
Prancing, dancing.
Running...FREE

i love the way this was written. precise and to the point. yet it accomplishes the meaning which was meant. to describe an image of a deer running and being free.

thank you

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
