Rock On
Rock On
A term usually saved for skinny white boys
With big wheeled trucks and pretty cute toys
Ohhhhhh, them boys they
Rock On
But I’m not writing this poem about some blonde
But yet a little sister from Southern University
A real sister with dreams of doing it big
She definitely knows how to
Rock On
That little sister from Southern University
Some would say is dingy or funny
But me
I find her intriguing and longing for real good time
Not nothing serious, but fun everlasting
Friend of foe
Rock On
I find myself calling her in the middle of the day
Man I’m an artist
I’m not suppose to act that way
But it’s not like I’m falling in some crazy way
But yet I‘ve met a good friend who makes my day
Ohhhhh I
Rock On
That little sister from Southern University
Is definitely someone who you would love to meet around thirty
But being honest with yourself
You’re still a little flirty
So definitely
Rock On
We not Girlfriend or Boyfriend
Or even emotionally involved
But it’s good to share a coke and a smile with a sister
That doesn’t want to BUST THE WINDOWS OUT YOUR CAR
Y’all this sister even wants to play golf
This sister wants to know the difference between a bogey and par
She wants to
Rock On
So this goes out to my friend, a forgotten term
MY FRIEND!!!
Whom I may never share anything with
But know that you are fine
So so so so fine
But, I’ve been more intrigued and interested
That you offered a clown like me your time
My Friend
Rock On
