    • It's been a few years since I've checked in..... Looking forward to reading and writing on here again.

    rise and fall of man

    Tingling anxiety,
    throbbing
    relief comes
    only upon arrival
    please come
    so I may,
    come to know you
    learn you
    I ache with desire
    so attentive
    I've become
    mighty and strong
    as I wait.....
    expanding
    with living waters
    I long for
    you
    with anticipation
    i'm ready to explode
    upon detonation
    my destination
    is
    you.

Nice thoughts for your partner. This poem shows caring,

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
