Playground
Have you ever had your toes stepped on, while being knocked down to your knees
Been put in the posistion, where you've had to beg and plead
Thats a haters playground, some twisted form of fun
Always and forever painful, feeling like their never done
Thrown off of the swivel swing, only to land on top the slide
Down being your only direction, with nothing in which to confide
When you finaly hit the bottom, and your mouth is full of sand
Humilliated and in pain, no longer strong enough to stand
Praying for a mirical, anything that one can do
To stop the torture you are under, and the pain your going through
I must have passed out for a second, cause when I opened up my eye's
I was flat out on my back, staring at a spinning sky
On the verge of tossin cookies, they yanked me off the merry-go-round
Dropped me face down in the mud, where at some point I'd be found
Broken, beat, and muddy, I slowly got up on one knee
After just another minute, I made it up onto my feet
I spit out these words in mumble, you can knock me down today
But you can't out run the wrong someday your really gonna pay
Rough days will come and go, I accept this to be true
The hardest part is we were friends, I didn't expect that crap from you
Been put in the posistion, where you've had to beg and plead
Thats a haters playground, some twisted form of fun
Always and forever painful, feeling like their never done
Thrown off of the swivel swing, only to land on top the slide
