    Marshmallow Moments

Sitting in a dark room, by the light of the christmas tree
Feeling a form of invincable, like nothing could touch me

There's just something about this season, that makes a person smile
It comes down with the snow flakes, and it sticks around awhile

The cold weather brings us close, gives us a warming feeling too
Leaves me here so happy, curled rite up next to you

I think they really nailed it, when they said "Let It Snow"
I wanna see it stack, lock us in and watch it blow

We have everything we need, with each other hand in hand
Nothing better could be purchased, or delivered here by Santa

Early in the morning, before the sun comes up
I start my day off with a smile, with a little cocoa in my cup

Winter tends to change us all, make us happier in ways
We start to feel like children, on those blissfull summer days

We build snowmen on the lawn, dress them up and give them names
How often do you see adults, play these little games...

Not so very often, just around this time of year
Its truely like they started, their day off with a cup of cheer

Always take the time, to enjoy it while it lasts
Just like everything else, good times will always pass
