Poem Commentary

Just... The love that my love give me.

Not like you...

You know
I never felt
a love quite like yours
 before
I...
 never met a woman
 quite like you before...
The love that you give me
Is...
something that I always dreamed of
Your love...
is the reason I feel good about tomorrow
Your love...
is the reason why I live
The reason why...
I know that My Father told me
 that you were for me
Because the love that you give to me...
 is special
And I never knew
that you could love me like this
and...
 accept me like you do
that's why
I have met people
 but
Not Like You...
When you kiss me
it tells me that you don't want me to stop or leave
when you touch me
it tells me that you want me and want to feel whats on the inside
when you look in my eyes
you want to see my soul and the passion that is expressed in the tone of my voice
when you listen to the words I speak
I know that I have your attention
I know that your eyes, your ears, your mind and your heart is open to the words I say
I know that my words...
will not be taken for granted
I know that somewhere in your life that my words may spark a change in the way how you see something and hopefully for the better
I know that a love like this
 cannot be taken for granted
A night with this love is...
 more than I could handle
Thats why I have met a few
 that loved me
but
Not like you...

And its the same way for me, you're a great woman and I was blessed to have such a gift bestowed upon me.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
