Night Dance
Dance with me under the stars
On sun-warmed walkways
In the cool of night
Cold feet-toe curling ecstasy
When no one's around
Each--tentative--graceful move
Each gentle grasp of solidity
Followed by wishes on shooting stars
In our eyes
Pushing, pulling, penetrating
Body, mind, and soul
Like the moon and tide
I follow-yet in my own way
