New Day

New Day

The rain comes and goes as do our awfully tragic days,

But the world is moving and you must change your ways.

So now just lend me an ear

And I will tell you what to hear.

You must let the sun rise

And dry your tragic tears.

For it’s time to turn that frown upside down,

Fill your days with laughter

And live happily ever after.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
