Mothers and Fools
I would walkThrew the deepest
Darkest cavern
And threw the
Hottest corners
Of hell,
If I knew
It would save you.
I am a mother
As well as a fool,
And I sometimes
Trudge where
Even angels fear
To walk.

I wrote this for my kids so that they may know that even mothers have to do foolish things sometimes to save their children.Threw the deepest

- Foolishness is for the fools who couldn't care less.... you want to protect those who will carry this world on from harm so that is not foolish but courageous!

- i like the poem but i don't feel that anytthing is too foolish if it saves our children. any children :) nice write, though.
