Madison's Poem

Looking out my window at the stars
I see a world a million miles away
a little sunshine in my life today
thinking of you from a far

Walking down the busy street
I hear the wind talking free
a big cloud is warning me
still i do not give in to defeat

Sailing on the lonely moon
I lose myself in dreams
a wide space in the beam
hoping I can hold you soon

Flying under the deep sea
I am breathing very fast
a small bubble says I won''t last
searching for something free

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
