Just knock
My eyes have been opened, I can finally see.
The voice within me, speaks with great clarity.
Your touch has awakened my slumbering core,
Your essance has graced me...
I'm longing for more.
Like the tip of an iceburg,
Or the breathe of a man... you've blessed me with pieces,
I'm trying to understand.
I know I can't grasp you with my mere human mind,
but the written word speaks "seek and ye shall find..."
I cry out to you Lord, I beg and I pleed..
To bless me with wisdom, and nourish my need.
For misery whispers and doubt overwhelms,
but faith recconnects us to the spiritual realm.
In this test, in this battle ... I'll shed not a tear,
For his love is my armor and I will not feel fear.
The devil may push me, but the Lord is my net.
and the devil may remind me of my fualts and regret...
but the Lord is my shepherd, and his promise is true,
Where the devil may cut me, my God heals anew.
Knees may chafe from praying, my eyes may sting from tears...
my arm may hurt from praising him year after year,
but as my outsides are whithering my spirit will soar...
Want to join me my friends?
Just knock at his door.
The voice within me, speaks with great clarity.
Your touch has awakened my slumbering core,
Your essance has graced me...
I'm longing for more.
Like the tip of an iceburg,
Or the breathe of a man... you've blessed me with pieces,
