    if i lose you

i know you bare a pain
    worse than any
i know you carry a burden
    greater than all
    i know you carry
    with the chance to heal
    if i lose you
    i will carry a pain
    greatest of all
    if i lose you
my pain will be greater than yours
    if i lose you
there will be no hope th heal
    cuz if i lose you
    my fragile heart will shatter
that is why i am willing
    to bear your pain
so we can make it through
    cuz if i lose you
    i will be no more

This is a very nice poem but the character in the poem must realize all is not over if love is lost.
