    I Miss You

    Lying in bed
    lifeless
    tears stream down
    my face
    are you really gone
    i watched you walk away
    only wishing to wake up
    from this nightmare
    day turned into night
    only to realize
    my dream was a reality
    running...
    just to hide
    from the pain
    but it stalks me
like a prey in the night
    jumping on my despair
    my breath gone
    my body lies there...
    lifeless
    all hope is gone
    nothing more to
    live for
    love
    my love
    blew away in the wind
    i close my eyes
    to think of you
    only to open them
    and realize...
    you aren't there
    no more tears
    just lifeless eyes
    staring into the darkness
    emptiness
    loneliness
    pure dark
    in my soul
    i miss you

I didn’t think it was possible to describe something like loneliness so acuratly. You have a great future as a writer. I hope to read more.

a good masturbation usually gets me out of a mood like this…nothing like loving thy self properly

All I can say is, he was a damn fool. I wish I was 20 years younger. LOL Great Poem. I sorry you had to go through the pain of loosing someone you loved so much.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
