he used to be.
He used to hurt for me whenever I criedNow his words are the only cause of why my heart towards him has died
I used to wake up and find him smiling at me softly
And now I wake up still crying holding my pillow tightly.
He would watch me when I sleep
Now the pain he causes is ever to deep.
And he’d run his fingers through my hair
And now the way he treats me is just unfare.
He inspired me to be who I am today
Now the hurt he inputs in me, words could never say
I thought he was different
And he really used to be
But now in causing pain he could take a degree
He was so pure, his smile was some kind of cure.
Now I’m so sure that he only immature.
He had a heart of gold
Which recently changed and became so cold.
He was a real man to me.
Till he returned to his family
And now he’s just a Boy under his father he is controlled
Unaware of the world
Becoming more and more arrogant and bold.
I thought he was different
And he really used to be
But now in causing pain he could take a degree.
