    God

    If every trial and tribulation
    Was consummated by a celebration
The Lord may have mercy granting us eternal life instead of damnation

Substituting our innate character for renewed ideas and actions
Finding that within Him we may discover the true purpose for our passions
For His love takes on many fashions

Through hope, unity, faith, and love may we respect your values
    Disregarding our past dues
for life is what we make of it by what we choose
Due to this world’s imminent hues we decide; is it win or loose

May Your light be seen through this darkness
Slowly easing the pain and our sickness
    We must reject our carelessness
    Forever embracing Your gregariousness

Throughout all of our suffering which we are taught to reflect
    An unspeakable beauty takes effect
Every situation is meant for us to connect
As Your children we shall remain; for Your godly purity we may never perfect

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
