Ending It All

Darkness is all around me.

There is no light to be found.

How can I escape this place?

The evil here is overwhelming.

There is no happiness only pain.

I feel that my efforts have all been in vain.

I tried to leave,

But was trapped by despair.

Now I sit here alone and grieve.

My heart is withered and my soul is mangled.

Life holds no meaning anymore.

There is no reason to stay in this world.

Nobody cares if I live or die,

Maybe I will end it all.

It's so easy to push ourselves to extremes if we really want to. 10

life is more then an existance. people tend to just exist because they loose all hope. hope is what keeps the spark alive from within. but something more can brighten the spark, you just have to want to find it

So easy to be overwhelmed. It is my greatest fear. I'd like to meet someone that hasn't thought about this. It lingers in us all. Well expressed

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
