    Each Day

Live each day as though it were your last,
Cause life is hard and life is fast.
The sun will rise and it will fall,
Days pass to years for one and all.

So take time to see this world of ours,
Stop at the roadside, smell the flowers.
Listen to each little bird that sings,
See each and every lovely thing.

Take time to love your fellow man,
Take time to run upon the sand.
Do all these things because you see
We only get this time to be.

And in the end you’re sure to know,
Like fireflies we loose our glow.
Life is fleeting, there’s no time to stall,
For days pass to years for one and all.

This poem is very good, filled with wisdom. It is also beautiful, a very good write. It needs to be a picture so people can hang it up in there house

Thank you for your comments on my two poems, I really appreciate the input. Long days and pleasant nights

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
