     depression is a funny thing
    it affects people in different ways
    yet its all the same
    people deal with it in different ways
    some self-harm,
    some go to more extreme measures
    like suicide
    symptoms are generally the same
    extreme sadness,
    feeling worthless,
    self-harm,
    trouble sleeping,
    loss of appetite,
    and those are just a few
